Bill Werth is President of Worth Valuation Services Inc., a newly formed company that acquired the appraisal division of Dwellworks Residential Services.

As President, he has direct responsibility for all aspects of the company’s operations.  Leading a company with an experienced staff and a rich history of performance, his sole focus is providing accurate valuation services to our lender and relocation industries while preparing for the future needs of our business partners.

Over the last 24 years in the relocation industry, Bill has served in a variety of roles in sales management and leadership. Prior to entering the relocation industry, he held several positions with a multi-media company. Bill also served in the US Army.

Bill is a member of Worldwide ERC®, holds the Certified Relocation Professional® designation, is a Meritorious Service Award recipient, and served as a Trustee on the Foundation for Workforce Mobility.  He has volunteered in multiple capacities with the organization serving on the Editorial Committee and Conference Committee member, Mobility magazine article author, and served as a Conference speaker at various relocation events.

He is active in regional relocation groups, has served as a member of the Executive Committee for the Midwest Relocation Conference, served two 3-year terms as the Treasurer of CRC Chicago, and is a Past-President of the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council. Bill’s passion for charitable works extends to his local community as he chaired the Capital Fund Campaign – “Kids to Camp” – while a member of the local YMCA Board.  Bill and his wife Debra have two children.

Joseph Palumbo is the Chief Operating Officer of Worth Valuation Services Inc. Prior to Worth, he was Vice President of Real Estate Service at Weichert Workforce Mobility where he was employed since 2007. He was responsible for managing North American home disposition for relocating employees, including appraisals, home inspections, and property resale. He was also responsible for developing and implementing best practices for property disposition. Joe has been involved in the real estate industry since 1986, as a staff appraiser with World Savings eventually moving to management at CitiBank and Washington Mutual. From 1991 to 1999, he was self-employed. Joe is a published author for several industry magazines.

An instructor since 1995, Mr. Palumbo specializes in teaching “Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice” (USPAP).  He is one of 405 AQB certified Instructors out of 75,000 appraisers in the United States.  He has been selected by the Appraisal Institute from a small panel of qualified instructors to teach internationally.  He has presented classes in Beijing, China, and Mexico City, Mexico. Joe has an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute where he has served his local Chapter as Public Relations Chair, Education Chair, and Board Member.  He also has an ASA designation from the American Society of Real Estate Appraisers.  Joe is a past adjunct faculty member for NYU and Baruch City College in NYC.  Joe is also a licensed realtor and certified tax assessor in the state of New Jersey.

In March 2011, he was appointed to the NJ State Appraisal Board by Governor Christie, and he has served since, including President for three terms in his tenure.

Bill Rudolph is Vice President of Client Services and Valuation at Worth Valuation Services Inc. Bill is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, licensed in Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin. He has over 30 years of experience in the areas of real estate appraisal, residential construction management, and mortgage loan origination. Prior to joining the Worth Valuation Services team, he has 20 years of AMC experience including roles as customer service manager, appraisal reviewer, and Chief Review Appraiser. Bill is currently on The Appraisal Foundation’s Industry Advisory Council’s racial bias task force and served our country in the United States Air Force.

Director of Operations

Rick Stuber has been in the relocation industry for almost 20 years. Rick started at one of the largest relocation management companies, first as an associate and then as a counselor.  In 2009, he moved on to appraisal management and has been involved in the supply chain side, which includes recruiting and managing Worth’s large nationwide network of appraisers.

The constant building of relationships with both Worth’s clients and network of appraisers is what has always been important to Rick, and he has always said that they cannot be considered just clients or appraisers, but also partners in working together to ensure that the transferee’s relocation process goes as smooth as possible since it can be very stressful and trying.

Rick enjoys hiking, kayaking, biking, and almost any outdoor activity, as well as traveling out of the country.  Skateboarding and the martial arts have been part of his life since he was very young.

Suzy Barriga is a Supply Chain Analyst at Worth Valuation Services Inc. In 2021, she earned certifications from MSSC, including the Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) and Certified Logistics Technician (CLT). Prior to joining Worth, Suzy spent two years as a Logistics Coordinator at a leading 3PL, Worldwide Logistics Group, where she applied her deep expertise in logistics and supply chain management to expertly handle the complex needs of her clients.

In her free time, Suzy enjoys unwinding in nature at parks, exploring bookstores in search of her next great read, and capturing moments through photography. She also cherishes quiet nights at home, indulging in various hobbies and interests.

David Dierauer is Lead Appraisal QC Reviewer for the mortgage team at Worth Valuation Services Inc. David’s responsibilities include reviewing appraisals and addressing questions from clients, team members, and appraisers. David is the QC point person responsible for handling escalations and post-delivery requests from clients and works with all members of the mortgage team. Over the past 15 years, David has worked in various roles in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Worth, David worked for the AMC of a national lender as a reviewer and later managed a team of appraisal reviewers. He also worked at another national lender as a collateral underwriter. David lives in Minnesota and enjoys spending time with family and playing music in his free time.

Jeffrey Coe is a Certified Residential Appraiser since 2000. Jeffrey was self-employed as an independent fee appraiser for 10 years before becoming a review appraiser with Weichert Relocation in 2010, where he was responsible for reviewing ERC appraisals for employee buyouts.  He is responsible for reviewing both Canadian and United States CERC and ERC appraisals. In 2023, he was hired as one of the Lead Reviewers for Worth Valuation Services Inc.  Jeff has over 13 years of relocation experience and over 20 years of appraisal experience. He is also a member of Worldwide ERC® and The Appraisal Institute.

Jessica Green is Manager of Valuation Services and Finance at Worth Valuation Services Inc. Jessica has worked in appraisal management for over 25 years. She has experience on both the relocation and mortgage sides but specializes in mortgage. She earned her Certified Relocation Professional® designation in 2009. She is an avid reader and can be found reading or listening to a book at all times. She and her husband enjoy grilling year-round and spending time with their animals.

Cheryl has over 17 years of experience in real estate appraisal/appraisal review with 10 years working in the relocation division. She is a member of Worldwide ERC® and has held the Certified Relocation Professional® designation since 2008.  Prior to joining the Worth Valuation Services team, she has over 20 years of Appraisal Management Company experience including roles as customer service manager, administrative review coordinator, mortgage appraisal reviewer, and currently as relocation appraisal reviewer.

Josh Sherman works in Mortgage Appraisal Review at Worth Valuation Services Inc. Josh is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Ohio. He has over 15 combined years of experience in commercial real estate appraising and residential mortgage compliance review.  Of that, he spent 13 years appraising commercial properties in the Greater Cleveland Area, including industrial manufacturing and warehouses, car dealerships, offices and retail, religious facilities, and vacant land (commercial and industrial as well as recreational and conservation land and eminent domain takings).

Josh is also a performing musician and a certified personal trainer.  In his spare time, he enjoys camping, trail running, and jumping into frozen lakes and rivers, and has helped raise funds for K9s for Veterans, Special Olympics, and the American Camp Association Camper Scholarship Fund.

Helen Andrews is a Valuation Services Manager at Worth Valuation Services. She worked in mortgage banking for 10 years prior to her start in relocation. She began at Dwellworks in 2010 as a property management coordinator and then transitioned into her current role.

Helen enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and sister-in-law at their lake house boating, tubing, and fishing during the summer and camping in their travel trailer in the spring and fall.
